For this year's conference, everything has been organised to enable participants to come with their family!
Accommodation
If you decide to bring along your family, there will be no problem for you to have your own chalet : the largest chalets can sleep up to 5 people, and we'll make sure we reserve one for you ! The "Chalets du Causse", on the heights of the Domaine St Estève, are perfect for families !
And kids go for FREE !
The chalet is made of 2 bedrooms : one with a double-bed, the other with a single bed, a mezzanine bed and a trundle bed. There is a small kitchen and living area, and a 15m² patio offering a panoramic view over the Millau Viaduct ! Perfect hey? Have a look for yourself here
Activities
As for activities, there is plenty to do in Millau : all kind of visits and strolls can be taken, and the area also offers all kind of sports like swimming, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking, etc... There's a bowling alley, a go-karting and a laser-game place for teenage kids!
In fact, there is plenty to see and do : Millau is a tourist town, perfect for family holidays, so no worries about that ! Look here...
Guided days out
We've also thought that families might want to "let themselves be taken out" and relax ?
Download here the programmes of 2 days out that have been put together for the family of people coming with them : if your family would like to take part, let me know specifying which one, if not both! If we have enough interest (minimum 15 adults per day), they will be available ! This will be confirmed towards the end of April (which is our deadline to reserve those).
How to do it ?
When you register, please add as many family members as needed. You'll see that kids don't pay :-) Please, specify in the "Special Instructions" field provided any preferences you may have and if you need more nights reserved for you (they will have to be paid, on departure, directly to the venue @84€/night/chalet). And there is a tick box available in the checkout to let us know you are interested in the guided days out !
