F# is a mature, open source, cross-platform, functional-first programming language. It targets not only the .Net platforms, but it is now also possible to transpile into Javascript.
The talk introduces into the F# language and then focuses on Fable-Elmish, which allows you to build up complex UIs on top of React (or React Native) with simple, robust and maintainable code.
